So Far, So Good

I had an ultrasound today.  The tech found the baby right away with its heartbeat flickering like a tiny firefly.  Baby is way up in my uterus, my cervix is closed, no apparent clots and I'm measuring right on schedule.  So why don't I feel relieved?  I thought this would be a weight off my shoulders but I feel as tense as I did before getting visual proof that there is a developing baby hanging out under my bladder.
