Masquerade

It's been 10 years since I moved to Delaware and almost 13 since I got married. You'd think by now I would have accepted the changes. 

You'd be wrong. 

Please don't misunderstand, I love my husband and making a life with him is the best decision I've ever made. 

Still, where I live is not my home and my last name feels like an alias. It's like I'm in witness protection, living in a strange place where nobody knows me and calling myself a fake name.
